The Senior Product Manager Subscription GTM is responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end strategy for subscription features, driving product innovation, pricing, and growth initiatives to enhance customer value and business scalability in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the end-to-end strategy and technical roadmap for subscription features to enhance customer retention and expansion.
Design and implement pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with Finance and Sales to optimize commercial frameworks.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to adoption and churn, translating market and customer insights into actionable requirements.
Partner with Sales Operations and Field Enablement to launch cross-sell campaigns and readiness programs to drive immediate revenue growth.
Requirements
Deep expertise in the SaaS business model, with a proven ability to provide complex requirements for systems like CPQ, Subscription, or Asset Management.
A track record of success in pricing strategy and revenue management, with the ability to translate market trends into competitive positioning.
Demonstrated experience navigating the full product development lifecycle for complex, cross-platform features, including the professional maturity to make difficult trade-offs between technical feasibility and business priorities.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives, mentor junior peers, and build technical credibility with engineering teams.
Ability to architect the Subscription Lifecycle, owning the end-to-end strategy and technical roadmap for subscription features, prioritizing outcomes in retention and expansion.
Ability to engineer GTM excellence by leading the design and execution of pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
Ability to establish and own KPIs for adoption and churn reduction, synthesizing market intelligence and customer research into actionable requirements.
Experience partnering with Sales Operations and Field Enablement to launch high-impact cross-sell campaigns and readiness programs, ensuring product releases are market-ready and generate immediate revenue.
Proficiency in strategic lifecycle leadership, including navigating the full product development lifecycle for complex features and making trade-offs between technical feasibility and business priorities.
Location requirement to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or approved leave.
