The role involves driving adoption and growth of Pure's Evergreen One subscription solutions in India by engaging with customers and partners, providing technical and business expertise, and supporting sales efforts to expand the customer base and generate recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Drive adoption and growth of Evergreen One solutions and storage subscriptions in the India region.
Support customer acquisition, onboarding, and adoption processes across the region.
Engage with customers and partners to understand their business and technology needs, promoting digital transformation.
Influence infrastructure requirements in enterprise organizations and support large-scale project development.
Collaborate with sales, partners, and internal teams to define and promote Evergreen One offerings and methodologies.
Enable and drive the adoption of Evergreen One services through engagement with channel, partner, and alliance communities.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Provide product expertise and support field enablement to sales teams and partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IaaS, SaaS, and Software industry, including experience working with a Cloud or System Integrator (SI)
Strong command on IaaS and SaaS customer success with a proven track record of delivering results for customers
Broad knowledge and curiosity of IT industry trends in multi-national Enterprise organizations
Solid technical background, including working knowledge of Storage, compute, database, networking, virtualization, and emerging technologies such as New Stack, AI, ML, and Big Data analytics
Experience with procuring and/or selling as-a-service models and related pricing structures is highly desirable
Financial modeling skills and understanding of P&L, cash flow, balance sheets fundamentals, etc., are highly desirable
Proven ability to build executive-level relationships, including with geographically dispersed teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail, including broad utilization of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to tell compelling stories and explain complex issues in simple ways
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
Sound business judgment and ability to drive continuous innovation and thought leadership
Takes ownership and responsibility to resolve critical customer situations and leads others in solving customer problems
