Job Description
The Sourcing Manager at Pure Storage will develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and enhance product quality, while managing global supplier relationships and collaborating with various business units.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance and reduce costs.
- •Manage global relationships with key suppliers and conduct regular evaluations.
- •Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure optimal terms and minimize risk.
- •Utilize data analytics to monitor sourcing metrics and track cost savings.
- •Drive initiatives for supplier diversity, sustainability, and performance management.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- •5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- •Comfortable presenting to executives and explaining complex contractual obligations.
- •Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-savvy with a customer-first mindset.
