Manage the full product lifecycle from roadmap development to delivering enterprise capabilities.
Forge alliances with sales, channel partners, and customers to drive go-to-market success.
Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership, translating market insights into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Demonstrated, senior-level experience driving the strategy, launch, and profitable growth of sophisticated product portfolios in the enterprise technology space, with a proven ability to build new businesses and deliver outsized results in dynamic, competitive markets.
Deep technical fluency spanning datacenter architectures, security frameworks, and the operational realities of complex enterprise deployments, with specific expertise in Object storage and allied solutions in data protection, analytics, and applications.
Experience in defining and executing a market-leading product strategy for Object storage, translating customer insights and competitive intelligence into a clear, winning roadmap.
Ability to architect and manage the full product lifecycle, from defining roadmap priorities to delivering innovative, enterprise-class capabilities, and guiding critical investment choices to maximize customer and business value at scale.
Proven success in forging strong, influential alliances with key account teams, channel partners, and marquee customers to shape commercial strategy, enable sales, and develop a thriving technology partner ecosystem.
Experience operating as a senior advisor to executive leadership, translating market shifts, competitive movements, and product opportunities into actionable priorities and persuasive recommendations.
Experience working primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office, in compliance with company policies.
Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders, customers, and global cross-functional teams in both technical and commercial contexts, demonstrating polished executive presence and storytelling skills.
