The Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, managing post-sales relationships, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of storage and container orchestration technologies, and driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end post-sales relationship with key customers, including onboarding, adoption, escalations, and renewals.
Develop a deep understanding of customer business priorities and technical environment to act as a strategic advisor.
Drive customer growth and satisfaction through business reviews, technical demonstrations, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Act as a customer advocate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure customer needs are met.
Lead operational and growth reviews to ensure smooth service delivery, manage risks, and plan for capacity expansions.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-facing, relationship management role, such as TAM, CSM, Professional Services, Support, or Sales Engineer.
At least 1 year of experience working with container orchestration technology, specifically in an enterprise environment.
Proven experience in a customer-facing, relationship management role, demonstrating the ability to build trusted partnerships with premier enterprise clients.
Strong knowledge of container orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes.
Broad understanding of the cloud-native landscape, including public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences and effectively present to executives.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, define project urgency, and execute detailed action plans in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary range: 163,000 - 246,000 USD
