Job Description
The Solutions Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enable partners to effectively sell and implement joint solutions with Pure Storage, collaborating across teams to ensure partner readiness and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies for joint alliance solutions
- Create and deliver training programs and content for partners and sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective enablement
- Coordinate the delivery and tracking of enablement programs across regions and partner tiers
- Capture and structure technical expertise to develop scalable learning experiences
- Act as a liaison between alliance, channel sales, and technical teams to facilitate enablement
- Analyze feedback and metrics to improve program impact and engagement
- Represent the enablement function in meetings, partner summits, and leadership reviews
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner enablement, alliances, learning architecture, instructional design, or solution engineering.
- Proven experience working with strategic alliances or global technology partners.
- Familiarity with enterprise storage, data management, cyber security, cloud, and hybrid architectures.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and joint go-to-market models.
- Exceptional ability to structure complex technical and business concepts into actionable enablement programs.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills for working across subject matter experts, product teams, and instructional designers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to link enablement outcomes to business performance.
- Proficiency with AI-enabled content tools, such as generative AI platforms, to accelerate knowledge capture and program design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical or learning discipline.
