Key Responsibilities
Own the Solution Lifecycle and define the end-to-end commercial strategy for global launches.
Drive commercial growth by monitoring pipeline health and executing tactical plays to achieve workload growth targets.
Lead technical validation efforts with key partners to ensure solutions meet healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Architect the partner ecosystem by embedding Everpure into reference architectures of global system integrators.
Translate field feedback and customer friction into prioritized engineering requirements and serve as a global industry spokesperson.
Requirements
Proven ability to manage a multi-year solution plan, taking complex technical concepts from ideation to global commercial leadership while consistently meeting revenue targets.
Deeply established relationships with executive leaders in the Genomics, Drug Discovery, or Life Sciences vendor ecosystems such as Nvidia, Illumina, or Thermo Fisher.
Exceptional ability to collaborate with senior-level stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to align technical roadmaps with field requirements.
Proficiency in evangelizing technology to C-suite audiences, with the ability to simplify complex data architectures into compelling business outcomes for CIOs.
Ability to define the end-to-end commercial strategy including value propositions, pricing models, and Bill of Materials (BOM) to lead successful global launches across all regions.
Experience in driving commercial growth by monitoring pipeline health and executing tactical plays to achieve workload growth targets and ensure long-term success.
Experience in leading technical validation efforts with key partners such as Epic and Nvidia, ensuring solutions meet healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to embed solutions into reference architectures of Global System Integrators, establishing technology as the default choice for large-scale healthcare and life sciences projects.
Experience translating field feedback and customer friction into engineering requirements, serving as a global spokesperson and thought leader at industry events like HIMSS.
Location in Santa Clara, CA, Chicago, IL, or New York City, NY, with the ability to work primarily in-office in these locations in accordance with company policies.
Educational or professional experience demonstrating strategic solution leadership and ecosystem expertise in the healthcare, genomics, or life sciences sectors.
