Job Description
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native fleet management solutions using AI, automation, and secure data processing, primarily working on mission-critical systems across the full application lifecycle in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate mission-critical processing services ensuring secure and compliant data flow between edge devices and the cloud platform
- Collaborate with product and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable, resilient system designs
- Innovate by experimenting with new technologies and architectural patterns to improve system performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Maintain high-quality software development practices, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
- Resolve complex interoperability issues between system components to ensure platform availability and accessibility
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in architecting, implementing, and testing various product components within large-scale, complex distributed systems.
- Proficiency in a modern backend programming language such as Go, Python, or Java, with a proven ability to write secure, high-performance, and maintainable code.
- Understanding of distributed systems principles, networking infrastructure, and Linux operating environments.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- A proven track record of thriving in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment, with a passion for continuous learning and quickly mastering new technologies.
- Ability to work from the Prague, Czechia office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
