Job Description
Join a high-impact engineering team to design and develop next-generation cloud-native storage management solutions, leveraging AI, microservices, and AWS services to automate operations and enhance system intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build reliable, scalable microservices using Java, Python, or Golang on AWS infrastructure.
- Develop and integrate Agentic AI capabilities to create autonomous, context-aware systems.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Optimize system performance, fault tolerance, and security through analysis, load balancing, and tuning.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Software Design and Development with practical experience in architecting, building, and scaling distributed microservices using object-oriented design principles and mastery of at least one core language: Java, Python, or Golang.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including fundamental services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Ability to build and integrate autonomous, context-aware systems, including practical experience with agent code design, embeddings, and applying the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enhance system intelligence.
- Solid understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience in developing highly reliable, scalable microservices using Java, Python, or Golang, leveraging core AWS services and container orchestration tools.
- Experience conducting deep software analysis, implementing load balancing, and tuning components to meet high-availability and security standards.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new software components with existing infrastructure, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Ownership of the full software development lifecycle from ideation, system design, coding, testing, deployment, to continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize system performance and fault tolerance.
