The role involves designing and implementing automated workflows within the ServiceNow platform to optimize internal processes, enhance system stability, and support global operations, primarily focusing on ITSM, CSM, and HR modules.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver automated workflows within ServiceNow to optimize operations
Design and develop functional workflows, business rules, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Lead end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules
Identify system trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures for platform stability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize technical designs and conduct code reviews
Requirements
A proven track record of at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Flow Designer, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies, alongside hands-on implementation experience in at least one core product such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM.
Proficiency in managing complex data migrations and building robust integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs and Transform Maps.
Ability to translate abstract business requirements into technical roadmaps, managing multiple high-priority deliverables while maintaining a focus on system maintainability and high-quality documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with global stakeholders and provide technical reviews that elevate the collective output of the development team.
Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with Pure Storage policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
