A Business Systems Analyst at Pure Storage is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow workflows to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic liaison between executive stakeholders and engineering teams to align ServiceNow roadmaps with business objectives
Lead workshops to analyze current processes and design optimized future-state workflows using ServiceNow capabilities
Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, managing the Agile backlog
Review configurations with developers and architects to ensure alignment with ITIL CSDM standards and security policies
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management to ensure successful deployment and user adoption
Analyze deployment data and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous service improvement
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of related experience specifically focused on cloud-based enterprise applications, with a heavy emphasis on the ServiceNow ecosystem including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform functionalities and capabilities.
Ability to evaluate complex, variable factors and exercise expert judgment to select the best methods for obtaining results.
Skilled in stakeholder influence with the ability to communicate effectively, change the thinking of others, and gain acceptance in sensitive situations without damaging relationships.
Strong technical literacy with understanding of how to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and Identity Management, and the ability to navigate data dependencies with ease.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, with experience using tools like Jira or ServiceNow Agile to coordinate activities across global teams.
A career-level understanding of service management frameworks including ITIL and CSDM, and how to apply them to solve diverse, large-scale organizational problems.
Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Prague, Czech Republic office, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
