A Senior UX Designer responsible for creating user-centered design solutions for data-driven enterprise products, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and product usability across the sales and post-sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product design for Pure Realize and Pure Value Review, including new development and feature evolution.
Design intuitive micro-site experiences to facilitate sales processes and communicate complex data and recommendations.
Create wireframes, mocks, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design solutions and user impact.
Plan and conduct usability testing and research activities to gather insights and validate design approaches.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to maintain and improve design quality and contribute to shared design systems.
Requirements
Experience owning end-to-end product design for products spanning new product development, ongoing feature evolution, and shared workflows across sales and post-sales lifecycle.
Ability to design intuitive, high-quality micro-site experiences that help sales move faster by turning complex data, recommendations, and pricing logic into clear, customer-facing proposals and value reviews.
Proficiency in communicating design solutions through wireframes, mocks, storyboards, and interactive prototypes, clearly explaining vision, rationale, and user impact.
Ability to independently plan and run usability testing and other research activities to gain insights, validate design approaches, and translate findings into concrete design improvements.
Experience maintaining and raising design quality by collaborating in design critiques, contributing to the Figma design system, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills, with the ability to design clear, user-centered workflows for complex, data-driven products.
Strong modern visual design skill set, with experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or cloud-based software across desktop and mobile platforms.
Hands-on experience using Figma for design and prototyping, working within and contributing to shared design systems.
Ability to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Prague office, in compliance with company policies.
