The Senior Technical Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-impact technical, product, and engineering talent to support the company's growth and product strategy in a high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage candidates for Product Business Group roles across the AMER region.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels, including networks, alumni groups, and social platforms.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and pipeline health.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and conduct initial assessments of their fit for roles.
Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting tools to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements
Five (5) years of sourcing experience, ideally within a high-growth or technology-focused environment.
Proven ability to build pipelines for technical, product, or engineering-adjacent roles.
Strong understanding of passive candidate engagement and long-cycle sourcing strategies.
Ability to proactively source and engage candidates for Product Business Group (PBG) roles across the AMER region, with a focus on building and maintaining top-of-funnel pipelines.
Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and non-traditional channels, including professional networks, alumni groups, diversity-focused organizations, events, referrals, and social platforms.
Ability to partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and pipeline health.
Experience engaging passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach and conducting initial assessments to evaluate candidate alignment with role requirements and competencies.
Ability to serve as an ambassador for the company by delivering an inclusive, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.
Ability to provide market insights and recommendations related to talent availability, competitive landscape, and sourcing feasibility.
Experience maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in recruiting tools such as Greenhouse to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment and execution against hiring goals.
Excellent prioritization and self-management skills, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise recruiters and hiring managers.
Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office, in compliance with company policies.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range: $134,000 - $202,000 USD
