Job Description
A Senior Systems Engineer responsible for supporting technical sales of enterprise storage solutions, engaging with customers to understand their needs, demonstrating product value, and developing innovative, scalable storage architectures and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical sales processes by supporting customer evaluations, benchmarks, and system installations.
- Provide in-depth presentations on storage products and architectures to demonstrate solutions to business challenges.
- Develop and implement tailored storage solutions based on customer requirements.
- Contribute to technical proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with significant technical input.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on storage solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Danish is required.
- Extensive pre-sales experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, or systems solutions.
- Prior experience in proactively targeting new prospects and converting them into clients.
- Deep technical expertise in storage architectures, including Fibre Channel (FC), iSCSI, Network-Attached Storage (NAS), and Storage Area Network (SAN).
- Strong understanding of distributed storage and file systems.
- Knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, including cloud-native architectures, on-premise solutions, public cloud, provisioning automation, and container technologies.
