Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Pure Storage's presence in the U.S. Federal market.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to align efforts and drive initiatives.
Identify and develop resources such as training, messaging, and tools to enhance Federal sales effectiveness.
Lead major initiatives to expand market presence, improve processes, and unlock revenue opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics, assess pipeline health, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
Stay informed on Federal acquisition trends, industry developments, and customer priorities to inform strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc. is preferred.
7 years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO roles, preferably within the technology sector, with a focus on go-to-market or business strategy initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction for complex projects and align them with overarching business objectives.
Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and finance, to drive large-scale initiatives to successful completion.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc., with a strong track record of managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex organizational structures.
Familiarity with technology products, solutions, and industry trends, with an understanding of how they impact go-to-market strategies.
Ability and willingness to work from the office in an in-office environment, in compliance with company policies.
