Job Description
The role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to grow Pure Storage's presence in the U.S. Federal market, acting as a cross-functional leader to align sales, marketing, product, and other teams, and managing high-impact projects to drive revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Pure Storage's presence in the U.S. Federal market.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to align efforts and drive key initiatives.
- Identify and deliver resources such as training, messaging, content, and tools to enhance Federal sales effectiveness.
- Lead major initiatives to expand market presence, improve processes, and unlock revenue opportunities.
- Monitor performance, assess pipeline health, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
- Stay informed on Federal acquisition trends, industry developments, and customer priorities to inform strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc. is preferred.
- 7 years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO roles, preferably within the technology sector, with a focus on go-to-market or business strategy initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction for complex projects and align them with overarching business objectives.
- Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and finance, to drive large-scale initiatives to successful completion.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc., with a strong track record of managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Familiarity with technology products, solutions, and industry trends, with an understanding of how they impact go-to-market strategies.
- Ability and willingness to work in an in-office environment in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary range: 149,000 - 224,000 USD
