The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports regional sales teams by providing data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring operational efficiency to enhance sales performance in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with regional leadership to support sales teams with analytics, operational support, and strategic insights
Improve forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes across the region
Drive sales excellence through training and enablement on quoting, booking, forecasting, and processes
Maintain data quality and compliance in Salesforce (SFDC)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and approvals
Share best practices and ensure operational consistency across EMEA teams
Participate in process optimization, automation, and system enhancement initiatives
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance across districts and segments
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience in Sales Operations, FP A, Commercial Operations, or another analytical role supporting EMEA markets.
Experience working in a multinational or high-technology company is preferred.
Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
High level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in SFDC (Salesforce.com).
Experience with Clari or similar sales forecasting and pipeline management tools.
Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline (preferred).
Business fluency in English.
