The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing and automating financial dashboards, developing KPI frameworks, and transforming complex data into strategic insights to support executive decision-making and improve financial operations in a global tech company.
Key Responsibilities
Design and automate dashboards to provide real-time financial visibility using Tableau, Snowflake, and NetSuite
Architect standardized KPI frameworks across regions to ensure consistent measurement and eliminate manual reporting
Create and support financial reports such as monthly, quarterly, and annual close reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses
Partner with IT and Data Engineering to improve data models, governance, and ensure data integrity across systems
Lead process transformation initiatives using AI and analytics to automate reconciliations and compliance monitoring
Requirements
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Excel, with the ability to extract and manipulate data from ERP and CRM environments like NetSuite and Salesforce to build sophisticated reporting solutions and dashboards.
Strong understanding of Credit, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue operations, with the ability to translate technical data points into meaningful business insights regarding risk, cash application, and SaaS metrics.
Experience in designing and automating high-performing dashboards and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close reports, forecasting reports, pipeline projections, and ad-hoc reports.
Ability to partner with IT and Data Engineering teams to enhance data models and governance, ensuring the integrity of financial data across Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal data warehouses.
Experience in creating standardized KPI frameworks across regions to ensure consistent measurement of portfolio health and operational efficiency, and to eliminate manual reporting bottlenecks.
Proven ability to synthesize complex financial datasets into high-impact presentations for executive leadership, including the CFO and CAO, to support data-led storytelling and strategic decision-making.
Operational rigor in maintaining high standards for data integrity and version control in a fast-paced, global environment, ensuring accuracy for compliance and audit requirements.
Work authorization and physical presence in the Santa Clara, CA office, with the expectation to work onsite unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
