The role involves designing, managing, and evolving a comprehensive technical sales onboarding program to prepare new technical staff for success, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and measuring program effectiveness to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, and evolve the Technical Sales Onboarding program to prepare technical sellers for their roles
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, HR, and Enablement to align program goals with business priorities
Oversee development and delivery of training curriculum, including workshops, technical training, and certification
Manage program enrollment and communicate effectively with participants and stakeholders
Measure and report on program effectiveness, reach, and impact using key business metrics
Facilitate live onboarding sessions and coach new hires through the onboarding process
Requirements
Strong understanding of technical sales roles and the journey from hire to field readiness.
Experience managing strategic enablement programs, including designing, managing, and evolving onboarding programs.
Experience working with Sales, Operations, Product, Human Resources, and Enablement teams to ensure program alignment with business priorities.
Experience overseeing the development and delivery of program curriculum, including self-paced training, hands-on workshops, technical training, and certification, in collaboration with curriculum development teams.
Experience managing program enrollment and orchestrating all program-related communications to participants, managers, stakeholders, and key contributors.
Ability to define and measure program reach, effectiveness, and impact to key business metrics, analyze performance data, and regularly report to stakeholders.
Experience facilitating live sessions and coaching new hires through onboarding experiences.
Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at Santa Clara, Chicago, or New York offices, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Proven track record of managing programs with measurable business impact.
Experience working with Instructional Designers and Sales Enablement systems.
Strong team-oriented leadership skills, including the ability to build rapport, collaborate, motivate, influence, and advise indirect staff.
Physical ability to work in an office environment as required.
