Job Description
A Senior Product Manager role focused on leading the development of a new web platform to enhance sales, customer experience, and revenue streams through AI-powered solutions, requiring cross-functional collaboration and strategic product management in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a new web platform to enhance sales, channel, and customer experience.
- Develop AI-powered solutions to improve sales productivity and revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate product vision into requirements and high-quality releases.
- Define business and product requirements (BRD and PRD) and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Create wireframes and prototypes in partnership with UX designers to improve usability.
- Establish success metrics for the product and monitor performance throughout its lifecycle.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Engage with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
- Product Management experience of at least 5 years built on a technical or functional background in go-to-market, sales, or pricing operations.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in application implementation.
- Deep understanding of seller needs, sales functions, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills with effective presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
- Proven ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical partners and to collaborate and deliver solutions in a complex, dynamic environment.
- AI-first mindset, with hands-on experience with AI and ML technologies, and using them to build products that make a meaningful business impact.
- Creative and solutions-oriented thinker with demonstrated capacity to innovate, influence, and deliver results.
- Experience in delivering products using agile methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant professional experience (preferred).
