A Senior Product Manager responsible for developing and executing the strategy, lifecycle, and go-to-market plans for subscription-based products, focusing on growth, retention, and customer experience through cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of subscription product features from concept to iteration
Develop and manage pricing strategies aligned with company and market needs
Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap focusing on subscription growth and retention
Partner with leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and market opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to drive product launches and messaging
Establish and track KPIs related to adoption, retention, churn reduction, and revenue growth
Conduct market and customer segmentation analysis to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies
Translate customer insights into product requirements and go-to-market plans
Coordinate between Engineering and Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities and product positioning
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support product adoption and customer success
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in Product Management, Subscription Strategy, or GTM Operations roles.
5-10 years of experience providing requirements to CPQ Subscription Asset Management Systems.
Proven experience in pricing strategy, competitive analysis, or revenue management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-platform product features through the full product lifecycle.
Proven track record of driving adoption, share growth, and measurable business results in subscription or SaaS models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience defining KPIs and tracking success metrics.
Ability to influence across levels of the organization and communicate effectively with executives, engineers, marketers, and field teams.
Experience coaching or leading junior Product Managers (PMs).
Experience developing and managing pricing strategies that align with company objectives and market conditions.
Experience conducting market and customer segmentation analysis to identify new opportunities and refine go-to-market approaches.
Experience translating customer insights into clear product requirements and GTM plans.
Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales, Field Enablement, Finance, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to drive campaigns, programs, and product launches.
Ability to make critical trade-offs and data-informed decisions that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
Ability to build strong relationships across field teams and internal/external stakeholders to enable product adoption and customer success.
Willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies.
