Job Description
The role involves leading the development and strategy of a go-to-market CPQ platform to enhance product onboarding, pricing, and quoting processes, with a focus on improving the sales experience and supporting business growth through innovative product management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a scalable framework for onboarding products into the CPQ platform
- Drive and support the vision of the CPQ platform to support go-to-market selling motions for both initial launch and long-term roadmap
- Lead user-centric design for an omni-channel sales experience across sellers, partners, and customers
- Operationalize the CPQ platform to facilitate new product onboarding
- Define detailed product requirements and collaborate with developers on release planning
- Build wireframes and prototypes in partnership with UX designers
- Drive usability and adoption of the CPQ platform through stakeholder collaboration
- Manage the pricing and quoting roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deliver product requirements
- Establish and track success metrics for the product capability
Requirements
- 7 years of technical functional experience within sales go-to-market, product management, or quote-to-cash operations
- 5 years of enterprise application implementation experience in CPQ
- Domain expertise in quote-to-cash, ecommerce, and/or CRM
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience in wireframing and prototyping for iterative build of applications
- Experience in delivering products using agile methodology with a scrum team, including writing epics and stories and daily development team execution
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of key business processes, such as Quote-to-Cash and Customer Onboarding
- Strong knowledge in data, analytics, and the enablement of online platforms or services, including expertise with SQL
- Proven ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical partners and to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a complex, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of effectively managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and creatively, demonstrating capacity to innovate, influence, and execute
- Experience with cross-functional senior stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience
- Willingness to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies

Annual base salary range of $181,000 to $272,000 USD
