The role involves leading partner technical enablement initiatives, designing and executing training programs for partner systems engineers, and collaborating across teams to enhance partner sales effectiveness and solution readiness within the data storage and enterprise technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
Define, plan, and execute enablement strategies for partner technical sellers.
Design and manage structured technical training programs and enablement journeys.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product launches, updates, and messaging.
Deliver and measure the impact of enablement programs, tracking success metrics and outcomes.
Manage and orchestrate the global Partner SE Bootcamp program.
Represent Partner Technical Enablement in global readiness, enablement councils, and launch processes.
Develop repeatable processes, toolkits, and frameworks to scale partner enablement efforts.
Requirements
Ten (10) years of experience in partner enablement, technical training, and/or enterprise technical sales experience, ideally within enterprise technology, SaaS, or data infrastructure environments.
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and the role of technical presales professionals such as Systems Engineers (SEs) and architects.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving multiple business units and global stakeholders.
Experience building or scaling structured enablement frameworks, including learning paths, certification programs, or readiness roadmaps.
Strong grasp of Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) systems such as Intellum, WorkRamp, Skilljar, or Seismic, and experience managing learning content lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize technical and strategic topics into actionable enablement plans.
Analytical mindset with experience using metrics, surveys, and dashboards to measure adoption and readiness outcomes.
Strong project management discipline, with attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Experience with Pure Storage solutions or similar enterprise infrastructure technologies such as storage, cloud, or data management.
Exceptional program management skills demonstrated through strategic collaboration, follow-through, and data-driven evaluation.
Hands-on experience with partner program design, technical certification, product launch readiness, and partner technical sales effectiveness.
Deep knowledge of learning best practices, technical competencies, and competitive pressures to ensure training meets partner and field expectations.
Proven ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate knowledge capture, content structuring, and learning workflows while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality.
Ability to work autonomously in a global, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical or learning discipline.
Technical certifications in cloud, storage, or data ecosystem technologies are preferred.
