A Senior Finance Manager role focused on partnering with the Americas Sales team to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, deal support, and forecasting to drive business success in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Americas Sales leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with deal desk and sales teams on complex commercial deal structuring and reviews.
Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, analyzing business trends and key metrics.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and expense management activities, including Expense-to-Bookings reporting.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial analysis and reporting efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, and HR to align resources and deliver results.
Requirements
Proven experience in FP&A and GTM Finance supporting a Sales organization, highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with experience building dashboards and automating data analytics.
Experience with systems and tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Clari, Anaplan, NetSuite, Callidus, or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data and present key insights to management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
