Job Description

A Senior Finance Manager responsible for partnering with the Americas Sales team to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, deal support, and forecasting to drive business success in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Americas Sales leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with deal desk and sales teams on complex deal structuring and reviews.
  • Manage financial reporting processes, analyzing metrics on business trends, pipeline, deals, and markets.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and expense management activities, including Expense-to-Bookings reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, and HR to align resources and deliver results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in FP&A and GTM Finance supporting a Sales organization, highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with experience building dashboards and automating data analytics.
  • Experience with systems and tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Clari, Anaplan, NetSuite, Callidus, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data and present key insights to management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Experience supporting strategic business partnering with sales leaders and providing actionable financial insights.
  • Ability to drive and influence commercial deal structuring in partnership with the deal desk and sales teams.
  • Experience owning weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting processes, providing metrics on business trends, pipeline, deals, and markets.
  • Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, and expense management activities, including Expense-to-Bookings (E B) reporting, to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to support process improvement and automation initiatives leveraging best practices to scale the business.
  • Work authorization to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range: 168,000 - 252,000 USD
Work environment: primarily in-office at Santa Clara, CA
