A Senior Finance Manager responsible for partnering with the Americas Sales team to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, deal support, and forecasting to drive business success in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Americas Sales leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with deal desk and sales teams on complex deal structuring and reviews.
Manage financial reporting processes, analyzing metrics on business trends, pipeline, deals, and markets.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and expense management activities, including Expense-to-Bookings reporting.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, and HR to align resources and deliver results.
Requirements
Proven experience in FP&A and GTM Finance supporting a Sales organization, highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with experience building dashboards and automating data analytics.
Experience with systems and tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Clari, Anaplan, NetSuite, Callidus, or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data and present key insights to management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Experience supporting strategic business partnering with sales leaders and providing actionable financial insights.
Ability to drive and influence commercial deal structuring in partnership with the deal desk and sales teams.
Experience owning weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting processes, providing metrics on business trends, pipeline, deals, and markets.
Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, and expense management activities, including Expense-to-Bookings (E B) reporting, to identify risks and opportunities.
Ability to support process improvement and automation initiatives leveraging best practices to scale the business.
Work authorization to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies.
