Job Description
The role involves leading the global go-to-market strategy for Pure Storage's AI product line, including defining value propositions, developing differentiated solutions, and driving adoption through technical expertise and industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the value proposition for Pure's AI product line across various customer segments and regions
- Develop and implement the global go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product management, sales, and engineering teams
- Create sales tools, training, and collateral to enable effective positioning and selling of AI solutions
- Represent Pure's AI vision in customer meetings, industry events, analyst briefings, and media engagements
- Establish credibility as a thought leader by shaping the AI narrative around data fabrics, pipelines, and enterprise AI adoption
Requirements
- 15 years in product management, product marketing, strategy or related roles in enterprise software, SaaS, or data infrastructure companies.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling AI ML-driven products, ideally in the areas of LLMs, RAG, Agents, or enterprise data platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data ecosystems including data warehouses, lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic layers.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 customers and selling into technical and executive audiences, preferably with early stage startups.
- Strong technical foundation in AI ML, data management, and cloud platforms.
- Exceptional storytelling skills able to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
- Proven ability to influence across product, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with experience building pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- This role is primarily an in-office environment and requires working from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies.
