Job Description
The role involves leading change management initiatives for sales and go-to-market transformations, ensuring organizational readiness, driving adoption, and minimizing disruption across cross-functional teams within a tech company focused on data storage innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire change management lifecycle for sales and GTM initiatives, including strategy development and measuring adoption.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage resistance, build trust, and ensure alignment and readiness for transformational programs.
- Translate technical and operational changes into clear, business-relevant impacts for stakeholders.
- Design and deliver communications and feedback mechanisms to measure adoption and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in managing organizational change across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in change management and program project methodologies.
- Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Certification in Change Management such as Prosci, CCMP, or an equivalent professional credential.
- Ability to manage the entire change management lifecycle, including strategy development, measuring adoption, and sustaining results for sales and GTM initiatives.
- Ability to partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to proactively manage resistance, build trust, and ensure alignment and readiness for transformational programs.
- Experience translating complex technical and operational changes into clear, business-relevant impacts that are easily understood and actionable by all stakeholders.
- Ability to design and deliver compelling communications and create feedback loops to measure adoption and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to measure and report on adoption success using an analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work primarily in-office at the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Annual base salary range of 205,000 - 326,000 USD
