Job Description
A Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem, including requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and process optimization to drive business growth and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, documentation, and management of requirements for Salesforce solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise goals
- Design scalable solutions for complex business problems and create technical requirement proposals and system diagrams
- Drive the execution of large-scale digital transformation programs, managing the Business Systems Analyst track from start to finish
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and negotiate solutions
- Oversee testing cycles such as UAT, regression, and system integration testing, and develop training strategies and materials
- Design, document, and implement optimized business processes and system changes for seamless integration and adoption
- Operate independently to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive initiatives proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from a top tier university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with deep functional and technical understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Community Cloud.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, enterprise level digital transformation programs from initiation to hyper care support.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact, influence, and build strong relationships with business leaders, Business Operations teams, and technical counterparts.
- Demonstrated ability to define complex design solutions and create comprehensive, well-articulated technical requirement proposals.
- Expert level understanding and practical application of Agile Scrum methodologies, capable of driving agile ceremonies and serving as a subject matter expert within an agile framework.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business implications clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, proactively identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to operate in an in-office environment at the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies.
