A Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem, including requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and process optimization to drive business growth and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis, documentation, and management of requirements for Salesforce solutions
Design scalable solutions for complex business problems and create technical proposals
Drive the execution of enterprise-level digital transformation programs from inception to delivery
Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, and negotiate solutions
Oversee testing cycles including UAT, regression, and system integration testing
Develop and implement strategies for training on new system functionalities
Design, document, and implement optimized business processes and system changes
Operate independently to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above from a top tier university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
8 years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with deep functional and technical understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Community Cloud.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, enterprise level digital transformation programs from initiation to hyper care support.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact, influence, and build strong relationships with business leaders, Business Operations teams, and technical counterparts.
Demonstrated ability to define complex design solutions and create comprehensive, well articulated technical requirement proposals.
Expert level understanding and practical application of Agile Scrum methodologies, capable of driving agile ceremonies and serving as a subject matter expert within an agile framework.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business implications clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, proactively identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
