Job Description
A software engineer role focused on developing and enhancing virtualization plugins for high-performance storage solutions, ensuring seamless integration with virtualization platforms like vSphere and Veeam. The position involves designing innovative features, solving complex problems, and working collaboratively to improve storage system software.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features for virtualization integrations
- Own and deliver virtualization plugins from concept to release
- Analyze and resolve complex problems across virtualization platforms
- Enable seamless integration of FlashArray into virtualization environments
Requirements
- Experience working with a systems programming language such as C or C++.
- Practical engagement in any systems software domain, which may include distributed systems, operating systems, Linux kernel, database internals, hypervisors, containers, or compiler optimization.
- A background in embedded programming and storage systems is preferred and can further enhance impact within the team.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- This role requires working onsite at the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
