The role involves leading subscription operations and process optimization for foundational products, designing system configurations, analyzing operational data, and collaborating across teams to drive scalable subscription growth and efficiency within a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end optimization of subscription lifecycle processes for Foundation and Forever offerings.
Design, configure, and implement new subscription renewal products and features within the tech stack, including Salesforce CPQ and billing systems.
Analyze operational data and KPIs to develop dashboards and insights that drive process improvements and automation.
Serve as the operational subject matter expert for renewal processes and product catalog management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure organizational alignment and resolve configuration issues.
Requirements
Proven, hands-on expertise in product operations and process management within an enterprise subscription, SaaS, or Cloud business model, with a practical understanding of hardware product configuration complexity.
Demonstrated functional mastery of CRM, CPQ, and Order-to-Cash systems, with a strong emphasis on leading configuration efforts in Salesforce CPQ and the ability to independently define, document, and validate complex business requirements for system enhancements.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to independently navigate high levels of ambiguity, manage multiple complex, parallel initiatives, and translate sophisticated operational data and KPIs into clear, strategic business decisions.
Highly effective collaboration and communication skills necessary to influence and drive consensus across multiple senior stakeholders, including Product, Finance, and IT teams, and to convey complex process changes clearly and persuasively.
Deep functional expertise in subscription operations, including product operations and process management within an enterprise subscription, SaaS, or Cloud business model, with a practical understanding of hardware product configuration complexity.
