This role involves leading sales development operations, automating processes with AI, analyzing performance data, and collaborating across teams to optimize sales strategies and pipeline growth in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SDR Sales Development Representatives Operations and serve as the main point of contact for operational support.
Define GTM processes, roles, and responsibilities, and lead automation of sales processes using AI and scalable systems.
Develop and present performance analysis reports, dashboards, and insights to monitor and improve SDR and inbound marketing performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance pipeline growth and sales efficiency.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows for prospect sourcing, email outreach, and CRM logging to optimize SDR activities.
Use AI, automation, and account-based strategies to generate high-quality pipeline opportunities and analyze data to improve outreach and qualification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales development efforts with broader company objectives and support GTM strategies.
Requirements
Eight (8) years of progressive experience in sales operations, business analytics, revenue operations, or related roles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in scaling go-to-market (GTM) strategies through technology, automation, and data analysis.
Strong familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.
Experience with sales automation tools and AI-powered platforms.
Expert-level skills in Excel and other data analysis tools, with a proven ability to transform complex data into strategic initiatives.
A balanced blend of technical acumen, business savvy, and a growth mindset.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, Chicago, or Raleigh office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
