The role involves designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community platforms, while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring best practices in integration and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, code, test, and debug requirements related to the Salesforce platform
Ensure best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and data integrity of Salesforce
Integrate third-party applications and AppExchange products with Salesforce
Manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment
Identify opportunities for process improvement and resolve process bottlenecks and data issues
Participate in change management and deployment processes
Communicate with stakeholders across organizations regarding Salesforce developments
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on development and configuration experience on the Salesforce platform using Workflow, Process Builders, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Web Services SOA, Lightning Aura Components and related components.
Strong experience on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Communities.
Experience developing Lightning Web Components.
Deep understanding of the overall Salesforce ecosystem and platform limitations.
Understanding of key concepts regarding REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
Experience integrating third-party Apps and AppExchange products with Salesforce.
Ability to work independently with various business analysts, technical architects, and business stakeholders to deliver on key business requirements.
Experience in self-managing projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to design, develop, configure, code, test, and debug complex requirements related to the Salesforce platform.
Experience participating in change management and deployment processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
