A Sales Operations Partner responsible for supporting regional sales teams through data analysis, process management, forecasting, and enabling operational efficiency to drive sales performance in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for sales team on process-related questions, quoting, and deal flow navigation
Coordinate weekly sales pipeline forecasting and ensure data accuracy and compliance in Salesforce
Generate and distribute performance dashboards and reports to track regional KPIs and identify trends
Monitor and improve the quote-to-cash process, addressing friction points to expedite deal closure
Support onboarding and ongoing training of sales team on operational tools and processes
Requirements
4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a Commercial Support role, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong proficiency in Excel pivot tables, lookups, and Salesforce SFDC.
Experience with Clari or Tableau is a strong plus.
A structured, detail-oriented thinker who enjoys untangling operational challenges to keep the business moving forward.
Ability to explain complex operational processes clearly to sales teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners such as Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and able to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.
This is primarily an in-office role, with the expectation to work from the Amsterdam office in line with company policies, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
