Job Description

The Corporate Account Manager at STRIVE is responsible for expanding the customer portfolio in the Iberian region by engaging with clients across various industries to develop tailored decarbonization solutions and drive market growth through strategic initiatives and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

Expand customer portfolio in the Iberian region through strategic engagement with prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships via in-person meetings and activities.
Execute transactions across various regions and products, structuring complex deals using financial instruments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical product experts and policy teams, for effective coordination.
Stay informed about regulatory and legislative developments in the designated region.

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant work experience, ideally in the areas of sales, trading, finance, banking, business development, or account management, including exposure to or experience in renewable energy or environmental commodities markets.
Master's degree in one of the aforementioned relevant disciplines.
Profound feel for commercial transactions and deals.
Ability to think creatively and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mentality, with the capacity to identify opportunities at an early stage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in an intense team environment, and to build direct working relationships.
Fluency in German and English in writing and speech.
Flexibility to travel often and willingness to live or be open to relocate to Amsterdam, Netherlands.
