This role involves supporting and optimizing subscription sales processes, driving automation and process improvements, and providing data-driven insights to enhance subscription services in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support and scale subscription services, including Evergreen offerings
Manage and improve subscription renewal processes using automation
Optimize subscription-related sales processes and models
Collaborate with Engineering and IT to identify automation opportunities
Translate business requirements into process designs and system specifications
Develop and implement process and automation enhancements
Use analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role
Strong understanding of sales functions, workflows, and processes
Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business environment
Demonstrated experience and history of driving complex projects from start to finish
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners
A sense of ownership, persistence, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
