Job Description
The role involves generating and qualifying sales leads through research and outreach to support the company's data storage solutions, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and revenue in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and personas to craft personalized outreach sequences.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities through structured discovery methods.
- Book and conduct qualified first meetings, ensuring strong handoffs to Account Executives.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and follow-ups to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate activity records and data hygiene in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to align meeting narratives and technical validation.
- Track and analyze weekly goals, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Represent the brand professionally across communication channels and at events.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or a customer facing role in enterprise software, infrastructure, cloud, or data platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication ability to tailor messages by persona (IT, engineering, operations, business).
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets for meetings, qualified opportunities, and sourced pipeline.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and modern sales tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Research mindset and attention to detail to personalize outreach with purpose, not just volume.
- Growth orientation, coachable, resilient, and eager to build both technical and sales skills.
- Team player who collaborates effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Presales.
- Business fluent in German and English.
