The Regional Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth and demand generation within the Americas partner ecosystem by developing and executing strategic marketing programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and measuring ROI to enhance market presence and pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute marketing programs to generate pipeline and accelerate deal cycles with regional resellers and MSPs
Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional stakeholders to align partner enablement with demand generation
Measure and optimize the performance and ROI of joint marketing initiatives using data-driven insights
Coordinate regional activities involving Technology Alliances and Global System Integrators to expand market reach
Lead adoption of marketing automation tools and manage regional marketing budgets to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
Deep mastery of the B2B reseller and Managed Services Provider (MSP) landscape, with a proven track record of building integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse partner business models and customer life cycles.
Experience designing end-to-end demand generation programs, with the ability to translate marketing activities into tangible business outcomes and measurable pipeline.
Ability to act as the primary marketing liaison for regional stakeholders, aligning partner enablement with demand generation to ensure a unified go-to-market approach between channel and marketing.
Experience owning the end-to-end measurement of joint initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights and pipeline inspection to optimize contribution, lead quality, and investment return.
Ability to orchestrate complex regional activities that incorporate Technology Alliances and Global System Integrators (GSIs) into broader partner campaigns to maximize market reach and solution value.
Experience leading the adoption of marketing automation tools among partners and managing regional marketing budgets, including MDF, to ensure operational rigor and strategic alignment of every dollar spent.
Proficiency in project management and budget oversight, with the ability to navigate marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to drive visibility, accountability, and ROI validation.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically and up to 50% including international destinations, to engage directly with partners and stakeholders in the field.
Excellent relational leadership and communication skills to build high-trust relationships across organizational levels and effectively articulate complex marketing strategies to internal teams and external partner executives.
