Job Description
This role involves developing and executing strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive growth and build customer relationships within the Enterprise segment, primarily focusing on pipeline acceleration and regional business expansion in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and own the integrated marketing plan for the Enterprise segment to generate pipeline and meet regional bookings targets
- Serve as the marketing liaison to sales and channel partners, providing tools and resources to maximize market impact
- Lead the full campaign lifecycle, including localizing global content and managing multi-channel initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Manage regional marketing budgets and partner MDF programs to ensure strategic resource allocation
Requirements
- Demonstrated success developing and scaling B2B marketing programs, with demonstrated success in Enterprise marketing.
- Expertise in creating and executing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives that result in new customer acquisition and sustained business growth.
- A strong analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics and market trends into compelling business cases and actionable marketing strategy.
- Exceptional execution capabilities and the proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while collaborating effectively with all levels of management, peers, and external partners.
- Experience with key tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, Allocadia, and NetSuite (must be familiar or have experience with these tools).
- Must be flexible and willing to travel to various locations, including international destinations if needed, to fulfill job responsibilities up to 50% of the time.
