Job Description
The role involves serving as a senior Solutions Architect responsible for managing key GSI partnerships, driving revenue growth, and developing technical and strategic solutions in the data storage industry across EMEA and LATAM regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and partner with key Global System Integrator (GSI) companies to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) solutions strategy in the EMEA and LATAM regions.
- Set and drive technical account strategies in collaboration with sales teams and GSI partners.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive and technology decision-makers within GSIs.
- Create compelling value propositions and business cases aligned with client business needs.
- Define comprehensive solutions encompassing industry approach, technology, and processes.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, clients, and internal teams to enable solution selling.
- Guide sales teams to deliver innovative technology solutions in a competitive market.
- Identify market trends and align customer needs with Pure Storage’s technology offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, coupled with 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Demonstrated product experience across multiple technology vendors.
- Strong technical competence, including a solid working knowledge of storage, compute, database, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience with emerging technologies like New Stack, AI ML, and Big Data Analytics is highly valued, with community and social media involvement being an advantage.
- Exceptional written, diagrammatic, and oral communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance a big-picture strategic view with a detail-oriented approach to solving problems.
- Prior experience working for or with Indian Global System Integrators (GSIs) is a significant advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30% of the time when it is safe to do so.
