The role involves coordinating and supporting the planning, execution, and logistics of sales workshops and stakeholder communications within a global value management team, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute remote sales workshops, including scheduling, stakeholder alignment, material preparation, and follow-up actions.
Research customer information using established tools to support workshop preparation and broader initiatives.
Produce monthly reports and updates for senior stakeholders and internal teams.
Support logistics for internal GVM sessions, tracking actions, milestones, and dependencies.
Requirements
Experience in a coordination, operations, or administrative role, ideally supporting cross-functional or sales-facing teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
High attention to detail and reliable follow-through on commitments.
Confidence working with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office.
