Job Description
This role involves leading and managing complex program and project initiatives related to Partner Programs and CPQ systems, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure successful implementation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement within a technology-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of Partner Program initiatives, including EDI and strategic efforts to enhance partner success
- Manage planning and execution of CPQ projects from scoping to deployment and optimization
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize project productivity
- Ensure quality of deliverables and promote continuous improvement practices
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle to align with business goals
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations
- Develop and implement change management strategies for GTM projects
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and delegation
- Develop and execute analytics strategies across multiple projects
- Apply Agile principles and practices, managing multiple Scrum teams as a Scrum Master
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of program project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
- 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on Partner Programs and at least 3 years focused on CPQ implementation or similar systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
- Hands-on experience with complex projects involving various application components, stack layers, and cloud technologies.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
- Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a broad range of audiences.
- Team player who values cooperation and leadership.
