Key Responsibilities
Define and articulate a multi-year product strategy and vision for the hardware portfolio.
Drive the entire hardware product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring market adoption and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and communicate trade-offs.
Translate customer and competitive insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
Analyze market trends, customer data, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and expand market share.
Requirements
Proven, hands-on leadership and expertise in enterprise hardware product management, such as storage systems, compute infrastructure, or related domains.
Demonstrated success with full product lifecycle ownership of enterprise hardware, including successful commercial launch, growth, and managing transitions end-of-life.
Exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities, with a track record of translating complex business and technical inputs into a clear, focused, and impactful product roadmap.
Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, motivate cross-functional teams, and articulate a compelling vision to external customers and partners.
Deep technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure, storage environments, and relevant deployment models such as on-premises, cloud, and consumption models.
Ability to define and articulate a multi-year product strategy and vision for hardware portfolios that deliver transformative customer value and market-leading differentiation.
Experience in driving the entire hardware product lifecycle, including concept, definition, launch, growth, and end-of-life, ensuring successful market adoption and measurable business impact on revenue and customer satisfaction.
Ability to serve as a primary liaison and executive champion in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and finance to foster alignment, drive complex prioritization, and communicate critical trade-off decisions.
Experience analyzing market trends, customer usage data, and business performance KPIs to identify, justify, and capture new opportunities for portfolio growth and market share expansion.
Willingness to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
