The Senior Services Solutions Consultant leads the development and execution of complex, scalable data management solutions for global strategic accounts, working closely with sales and technical teams to drive high-value deals and innovative service offerings across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the services strategy for global and strategic accounts across EMEA, ensuring solutions are scalable and tailored to cross-border requirements
Analyze requirements and design advanced solutions across the company's portfolio and hyper-scaler services for multi-million dollar opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite, to understand business drivers and risk profiles
Create innovative service offerings to expand business across various segments and territories
Mentor services solutions consultants on global account management and complex deal mechanics
Collaborate with account teams to drive new business and achieve product and service bookings targets
Engage with clients through presentations that demonstrate technical expertise and business value
Requirements
Extensive, proven experience selling and closing large, complex service solutions within Global and Strategic accounts, with an understanding of the unique procurement, legal, and technical hurdles of multi-national organizations.
Fifteen (15) years of experience selling into industry verticals with at least ten (10) years designing solutions across virtualization, storage, security, and networking.
Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape, including Go-To-Market sales motions across both Enterprise and Global accounts.
Expert knowledge of value-based selling, ROI model development, and sizing scoping of Pure s Services Portfolio for massive scale.
Competency in the pillars of the Modern Data Experience, including AI/ML, Data Protection Migration, and Hybrid Cloud strategies involving AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Expertise in coordinating and winning high-stakes proposals such as RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, and navigating complex contract negotiations and risk mitigation.
Bachelor’s degree or recognized industry certifications; quota-bearing experience is highly preferred.
Ability to work individually on complex challenges while traveling up to 25% to engage with customers on-site.
Fluent English language skills are required.
Proficiency in a second European language, particularly German, is strongly desired to support key DACH-region strategic accounts.
