Job Description
The role involves leading the development and strategy of integrated data management solutions, focusing on cloud-enabled storage architectures, product roadmaps, and customer engagement to drive innovation in enterprise data storage and cloud integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product and feature requirements, strategy, and roadmap for unified data management and cloud storage platforms
- Support and enable engineering, sales, and solutions teams in designing cloud-enabled storage architectures
- Drive customer engagement, gather market feedback, and analyze competitive landscape to inform product development
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to align their roadmaps with company strategy
- Oversee creation of sales support materials, customer presentations, and competitive analysis
- Develop and execute plans to achieve product adoption and market share goals
- Partner with executive leadership to establish project scope, goals, and provide leadership to project teams
Requirements
- 8 years of combined experience in a product management and product development roles
- Strategic leadership and strong business insight
- Understanding of enterprise storage environments, deployments and use cases including block, file, and object storage
- Understanding of private and public cloud storage use cases
- Understanding of automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code deployments and use cases in enterprise or public cloud environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating executive presence
- Critical problem solving skills
- A proven track record of developing a vision, strategy, and execution plan for a product line
- Experience and a solid understanding of product life cycles, release milestones, from concept inception to product end-of-life
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Ability to work in a rapid pace environment with multiple and shifting priorities
- A consistent record of taking ownership and driving results
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Master’s Degree in a related field is a plus

Annual base salary range of $199,000 - $299,000 USD
