Job Description
The role involves leading the development and strategy of enterprise data cloud integrations, working cross-functionally to deliver innovative storage solutions, and influencing product roadmaps to enhance data management at scale for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product and feature requirements, strategy, and roadmap for unified data management and cloud storage platforms.
- Support and enable engineering teams to design cloud-enabled storage and compute architectures.
- Drive product development, prioritize features, and manage requirements for hybrid-cloud storage systems.
- Engage with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to support sales processes and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to align their roadmaps with company strategy.
- Oversee competitive analysis, sales support materials, and customer presentations.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify key needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve product adoption goals.
Requirements
- 8 years of combined experience in a product management and product development roles
- Strategic leadership and strong business insight
- Understanding of enterprise storage environments, deployments and use cases including block, file, and object
- Understanding of private and public cloud storage use cases
- Understanding of automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code deployments and use cases in enterprise or public cloud environments
- Executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical problem solving skills
- Consistent track record of developing a vision, strategy and execution plan for a product line
- Experience and a solid understanding of product life cycles, release milestones, from concept inception to product end-of-life
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Ability to work in a rapid pace environment with multiple and shifting priorities
- Consistent record of taking ownership and driving results
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Master’s Degree in a related field is a plus

Annual base salary range of $199,000 - $299,000 USD
