Job Description
The Principal Product Manager for Commerce will lead the development and strategic direction of Pure Storage's core data platform for global commerce, focusing on automation, AI integration, and scalable business processes to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the product vision and roadmap for the custom commerce platform.
- Lead automation and end-to-end orchestration of critical business processes such as Quote-to-Cash and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable new business models and revenue streams.
- Drive the integration of Agentic AI into the commerce engine to enhance business operations and customer experiences.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and align the product roadmap with strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven ability to own and deliver successful products in a B2B, enterprise, or commerce-focused environment, with a track record of driving significant business impact.
- Deep expertise in the end-to-end commerce lifecycle, including Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, and fulfillment processes.
- A strategic mindset balanced with a passion for tactical execution and the ability to translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Demonstrated success working in an Agile environment, collaborating effectively with engineering and architecture teams to deliver complex, scalable platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across all levels of the organization, from engineering teams to senior executives.
- Ability to work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
