Job Description
This role involves leading the design, development, and management of secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise cloud software systems, providing technical vision and mentorship, and driving operational excellence within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build secure, reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Promote adoption of best practices in software development, system design, and DevOps.
- Provide technical vision, strategy, and leadership for the team.
- Drive full lifecycle ownership of services from inception to production.
- Architect innovative solutions to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks.
- Act as a product owner to drive customer-centric features.
- Coach and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Lead medium to large software projects, coordinating requirements, estimates, and schedules.
- Manage and develop software engineering talent.
Requirements
- 8 years experience developing enterprise cloud software using Java or related programming languages
- At least 3 years experience in a tech lead or similar role leading multiple projects from conception to release
- Proven ability to coordinate the work of multiple engineers and act as the first point of contact for cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with AWS, MongoDB, Kubernetes, containerization, Spring Boot or similar technologies
- A BS degree in Computer Science; advanced degrees are a bonus

Salary range: 233,000 - 350,000 USD
