The role involves managing and executing Everpure's global partner program by coordinating cross-functional teams, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring operational excellence to deliver a scalable and effective partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for global partner program launches
Lead cross-functional meetings to track tasks, ensure alignment, and deliver on time
Create executive summaries, dashboards, and status reports on program progress and risks
Develop process maps and drive alignment across involved functions
Validate program updates including tiers, benefits, incentives, and operational processes prior to launch
Coordinate readiness of systems, partner-facing tools, documentation, and communications
Serve as the primary owner and source of truth for program implementation status, decisions, and deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8 years of program management experience in channel programs, channel operations, or a similar function within a technology company
Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Ability to independently create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and executive-ready summaries
Strong understanding of partner program components such as incentives, tiering, requirements, competencies, lifecycle management, and operational readiness
High proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace, and other project management tools
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to manage multiple, fast-moving priorities in a dynamic environment
Willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave
