Job Description
The role involves managing and executing Everpure's global partner program by coordinating cross-functional teams, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring operational excellence to deliver a scalable and effective partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for global partner program launches
- Lead cross-functional meetings to track tasks, ensure alignment, and deliver on time
- Create executive summaries, dashboards, and status reports on program progress and risks
- Develop process maps and drive alignment across involved functions
- Validate program updates including tiers, benefits, incentives, and operational processes prior to launch
- Coordinate readiness of systems, partner-facing tools, documentation, and communications
- Serve as the primary owner and source of truth for program implementation status, decisions, and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of program management experience in channel programs, channel operations, or a similar function within a technology company
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Ability to independently create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and executive-ready summaries
- Strong understanding of partner program components such as incentives, tiering, requirements, competencies, lifecycle management, and operational readiness
- High proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace, and other project management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple, fast-moving priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave
