Job Description
The role involves managing the end-to-end processes for creating and delivering partner enablement content, ensuring high-quality resources and timely updates. The position requires collaboration across teams to optimize workflows and enhance the partner experience while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows for creating, reviewing, and delivering enablement content to partners.
- Establish and maintain governance processes for partner-facing systems.
- Act as the central coordinator between subject matter experts, instructional designers, and system admins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partner content and resource needs.
- Develop feedback loops with partners to gather input on enablement content and tools.
- Audit and maintain content across partner-facing systems.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align the Partner Portal with the public website.
- Implement content organization guidelines and enhanced search capabilities.
- Establish metrics to measure content effectiveness and partner engagement.
- Identify and address gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies in partner-facing systems.
Requirements
- 6 years proven experience in content operations, channel enablement, channel programs, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- A passion for operational efficiency and interest in working at the intersection of content strategy, process optimization, and partner enablement.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure success through data.
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure's policies.
